From reception, we are a friendly team with a warm welcome to all of our guests. We excel in helping visitors plan their stay in Rotorua – to capture the best of all the geothermal locations, Maori culture, and the wealth of either leisure or thrill-seeking activities.

About Us
Your hosts are Mary and Brian. We originally come from England and North China and have been in Rotorua for over 8 years. Our backgrounds provide us with an experience in business and finance giving us a disciplined approach to running a business efficiently. Brian’s background is also in sales, enabling him to offer our guests a high level of customer relations and customer service.
We have settled well into motel life in Rotorua. We also offer the service of speaking fluently both English and Mandarin - a great asset for our guests.
